5. Profile Images
Profile photos you upload are stored locally on your device using secure async storage. They are not uploaded to our servers and remain private to your device.

- Update or correct your farmer profile details
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Reset your MPIN at any time via the Forgot MPIN feature
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 15. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

- Local storage: AsyncStorage (on-device only)

1. About AeroDroneMitra
AeroDroneMitra is a smart agriculture platform that provides drone-based pesticide spraying services directly to farmers through its trained drone operator teams.
All services booked through the App are performed by employees or authorized personnel of AeroDroneMitra.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use the App and book services.
- By using the App, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
- Only registered farmers with a valid 10-digit Indian phone number may create an account.
3. Account & MPIN Security
- Your account is secured by a 4-digit MPIN linked to your registered mobile number.
- You are responsible for keeping your MPIN confidential.
- If you forget your MPIN, use the "Forgot MPIN" feature to reset it after verifying your registered phone number.
- Do not share your MPIN with anyone.
4. Bookings & Service Availability
- All bookings are subject to service availability and confirmation by our team.
- The selected spraying date represents a preferred date, not a guaranteed time slot.
- Service delays may occur due to weather conditions, drone availability, or unforeseen operational reasons.
- You must provide accurate field details including location, crop type, and land area (in acres).
5. Customer Responsibilities
Before and during the service, you must:
- Ensure the field is clear and accessible for the drone team on the scheduled date.
- Inform the team about the crop type and any specific chemicals required.
- Ensure there are no people, animals, or vehicles inside the field during spraying.
- Maintain a safe distance from the drone while spraying is in progress.
- Do not enter the field until the spraying process is completed.
- Provide a correct and reachable contact number for coordination.
Safety Warning: Failure to clear the field of people and animals before spraying begins may result in health hazards. AeroDroneMitra will not be liable for any injuries caused by the customer's failure to follow safety instructions.
6. Pricing & Additional Work
- Prices displayed are based on the land area (acres) and crop type selected.
- Any additional spraying passes or chemical requirements outside the selected scope may result in additional charges, communicated before execution.
- Service duration depends on field size, crop type, and weather conditions.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested before the scheduled service date.
- Late cancellations may not be eligible for refund.
- If the service cannot be performed due to weather or technical issues, the booking will be rescheduled at no extra charge.
8. Service Quality & Liability
Service Guarantee
AeroDroneMitra strives to provide high-quality drone spraying through trained and verified operators. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
Limitation of Liability
AeroDroneMitra's total liability for any proven loss or damage caused by our service shall be limited to the value of the booked service.
Exclusions
We are not liable for:
- Crop damage resulting from pre-existing pest, disease, or soil conditions
- Weather-related crop loss after spraying
- Damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the farmer
- Delays caused by the farmer's failure to prepare the field
9. Account Suspension & Termination
AeroDroneMitra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:
- Fraudulent or false bookings
- Providing incorrect field or crop details intentionally
- Abusive behavior toward our drone operators or support staff
- Violation of these Terms
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, text, images, and intellectual property associated with the AeroDroneMitra App belong exclusively to AeroDroneMitra. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
11. Changes to These Terms
AeroDroneMitra may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

This policy explains how farmers using the AeroDroneMitra App can request deletion of their account and what happens to their data after deletion.

2. What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following personal information is permanently removed:
- Full name
- Mobile number
- MPIN (encrypted)
- Village, district, and state details
- Profile-related personal data
After deletion, you will no longer be able to log in or access your account.
3. What Data Is Retained
For legal, accounting, and compliance purposes, certain information may be retained in anonymized or restricted form, including:
- Past booking records (service history)
- Acres sprayed records
- Payment and transaction records
These records are retained without active personal identifiers and are used only for financial compliance, dispute resolution, and legal requirements.
4. Effect on Active Bookings
Account deletion is recommended only when there are no active or upcoming bookings. Any pending bookings should be completed or cancelled before requesting deletion.
5. Processing Time
- Email or phone requests are processed within 7 working days
- You will receive a confirmation once your account has been deleted
- Any residual backend data required for legal purposes is retained securely and is not used for marketing or communication
6. Irreversibility of Deletion
Once an account is deleted, the action cannot be undone. Deleted personal data cannot be recovered. A new account must be created to use the App again.
